Manado – Industrial property business in North Sulawesi province in 2017, is expected to grow by 10 percent.
“A number of people are struggling in property predicts, growth of residential commercial North Sulawesi (Sulawesi) in the period 2017 to grow the range of 10 percent,” said Senior Sales and Marketing Grand Kawanua International City (GKIC), Andy Purwanto, in Manado, on Thursday (8/12).
He explained that the business prospects of the property is expected to be next year’s National bergeliat back as well as in North Sulawesi. “We believe the property business in North Sulawesi would improve, growth could be 10 percent and even more than that,” he said.
According to him, such growth will not be sudden but will be realized gradually throughout the year. “Obviously it will be a gradual rise from quarter to quarter,” he said.
Nationally, he said, the government policy of tax amnesty as indicators that drive business growth occupancy.
“The tax amnesty has been a lot of fresh and healthy funds into Indonesia, I am sure this will investasiskan to the property,” he said.
In terms of price, he said, the increase in commercial property prices next year is predicted to reach up to 15 percent. However the matter was more affected geographical location of residential location.
“It could rise 10 percent to 15 percent, but adjusted to the location if it is strategically located for example adjacent to the airport or the business center or government kenaikannnya definitely different,” he explained.
Although it will increase, yet judged it would not burden consumers. Because consumers can buy a home in installments via credit (mortgage) from banks.
Chairman REI (Sulawesi), Ruddy Kululu, said housing growth in North Sulawesi commercial type (not subsidies) can reach up to 15 percent. This is largely attributable to the awareness of owning their own home is increasing.
“Our estimates could grow to 15 percent, because the developers have also been given some relief from the government,” he said.
For the construction, he said, is not only focused in the satellite city of Manado, but spread to 15 districts / cities.
“So it’s not just in Manado, North Minahasa, Minahasa or Bitung, all regions also miss out,” he said.
