Basuki: PLBN Creating Economic Activities Center on Border

Entikong, – Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (SOE), Hadimuljono Basuki said the opening of the Post Transboundary State (PLBN) Entikong in the district, West Kalimantan, will create a center of economic activity in the border region.

“We know there will definitely be inter-state trading activities, both here (Entikong), Aruk, Nanga Badau, Motaain, and in Skau the border with Papua New Guinea,” said Basuki, Wednesday (21/12/2016).

Basuki added that the program of President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) build Indonesia on the outskirts of one of them is to create economic activities at the border.
