He said it has recorded sales of about 226 units or 50% of the existing units. However, a total of 50% of units sold, 10% of which returned customers for construction that never ended.
Further, Agus said, since the vertical housing market in 2015 has been to increase the price of Rp 11 million / m2 to $ 14 million / m2 today. “The rise in price is quite high since the market last year,” he said.
Agus ensure that price will continue to move up in line with the government’s plan to build access the form Roundabout In Bogor or Bogor Inner Ring Road that crosses J-Sky.
“Property can certainly survive if the location, the price, and the right products. J-Sky has fulfilled all of it, not to mention a complete facility in Bogor Nirwana Residence,” said Agus.
Meanwhile, Agus said, the construction of J-Sky spent investment of Rp 90 billion. Companies get a construction loan of Rp 38 billion from Bank Bukopin Syariah.

Agus also revealed plans to build a high school and Bakrie Al Azhar University in Bogor Nirwana Residence complex. The addition of educational facilities that would be the potential market for rental apartments.
