JAKARTA – PT Graha Lestari Internusa (GLI) will begin construction of five property projects in Indonesia in 2017 with a total investment of Rp 25 trillion.
Sales and Marketing Director of PT Graha Lestari Internusa, Andrew Kusnadi, say, five projects were scattered in Bali and Jakarta. While these types of properties consisting of office and multifunctional properties (mixed use).
“The most ready and we can determine is the office building project in Rasuna Said (South Jakarta) area of 1.2 hectares (ha) to be launched by the middle or end of 2017,” Andrew said in Jakarta, Thursday (8/12) .
He said, in the first phase will be built office building with the top segment. Furthermore, it will develop mixed use area consisting of office, residential, and retail centers.
“At present, the company takes care of permits to build mixed use. We are also looking for a catchy name for our parent company branding image,” he said.
Andrew said, other projects will be worked it is an office space, spread in South Jakarta, West Jakarta, and Bali.
“We will continue to invest in Indonesia because the market is still good,” he said.
