JAKARTA – Sinar Mas Land (SML) announced plans to launch a premium occupancy The Nove in residential areas Nuvasa Bay Batam in the first quarter 2017. The Nove built on an area of 5 hectares (ha) and is the first residential area in Nuvasa Bay Batam.
