Intiland Expects Sales Increase 50 Percent in 2017

                            

Surabaya – Property company PT Intiland, projecting a sales increase of 50 percent on sales of the product properties in Surabaya in the next year.

Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Director of PT Intiland, Sinarto Dharmawan, said there were many factors that convinced the company will increase in sales in the next year.

“These factors among others, the stimulation of the property market in Surabaya triggered by the city’s economic growth to 8 percent, and the high demand for the product properi both for residential and commercial,” said Sinarto in Surabaya, Friday (9/12).

The growth trend in the property market in 2017, he continued, have started to appear towards the end of this year. first, external factors also assured the company that the property market in 2017 will be better, as the price of coal and oil began to rise, program tax amnesty that would allow the entry of investments (particularly in the property sector), the relaxation associated LTV and pivot mortgage, tribe interest tends to fall and the Law (UU) ownership of property by foreigners.

“The external factors also encourages the growth of the property market in Surabaya next year,” added Sinarto.

Company itself, he added, has prepared various development projects in order to meet the growing trend of the property market in Surabaya, on projects landed house, high rise until the superblock.

“As for the number of the company’s projects under construction in Surabaya, among others, The Rosebay, Graha Golf, Spazio Tower and Graha Natura in Surabaya West and Praxis in Surabaya Center. The projects have been the mainstay of sales Intiland in Surabaya in the next year, “he said.

Sinarto added, during 2016 the development of projects in Surabaya Intiland has contributed significantly to the company’s sales. Throughout the nine-month period in 2016, sales of products in Surabaya reached Rp 724 billion, equivalent to 51.4 percent of total sales.

“Although in general the property market in Surabaya this year is not good, but with the projects that we have developed we can still grow and reached 90 percent of the target.
