Jakarta, mpi-update. Association of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) to give appreciation to the various property projects in Indonesia in the event the REI Property Awards 2016. This event is expected to spur and inspire REI members scattered across Indonesia to give their best work. The event took place on Monday (28/11), in the Ballroom of the Fairmont Hotel, Senayan, Jakarta.
Meiko Handoyo, Chief Organizer said REI Awards, the evening ceremony is powered entirely by MBI Group which oversees the Star tabloid Home and Home Living and involving developers scattered REI members from various provinces. In this event also awarded to developers who have contributed to building the highest in the region RST. Representing each area there are 29 award recipients from 34 provinces.
REI Property Awards can also be used as a reference community to recognize and know the various quality property projects a positive and interactive media properties between actors and stakeholders. This event can also be used as a benchmark to the development of architecture and interior design Indonesia to be in line with other countries.
“We warmly welcome REI Property Award 2016 can be held smoothly. This event will give space to the property offender Indonesia to showcase the best work at national and international levels. The winners will be nominated for the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2017, “said Meiko.
In 2016, there are 10 categories, namely Residential High Rise, Residential Low Rise (Non-RST), Retail, Office, Sustainable, Purpose Built, Public Infrastructure, Masterplan, Hotel, and Heritage. For this year, only two categories that are eligible to be contested in the national arena, namely the category of Residential High Rise and Retail.
Eight other categories did not meet the qualifications and requirements set organizer. However, participants who have participated and recommended to remain able to participate in international events FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2017.
Two categories were awarded REI Property Awards 2016 as follows:
Category Residential High Rise:
1. Verde-Farpoint (Gold Winner)
2. Tamansari Hive- Wika Realty (Silver Winner)
Retail Categories:
1. Lotte Shopping Avenue-Ciputra Adigraha (Gold Winner)
2. Summarecon-Summarecon Mall Bekasi Bekasi
On the occasion also provided conferment on projects that have successfully followed the FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards earlier years (2014-2016) and the REI Property Awards 2016 awarded the Golden Achievement.
