Jakarta – The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (Kempupera) will conduct an inventory of assets of housing for low-income communities (MBR).
“Kempupera immediately conduct an inventory of related assets existing housing, as well as calculating the value of its assets,” said Chief Bureau of Public Communication Kempupera, Endra S Atmawidjaja, in a press release received Beritasatu.com, in Jakarta, Wednesday (2/11).
Endra added, asset data collection will be implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 96 / PMK.06 / 2007 on Procedures for the Use, Utilization, Removal, and Transfer of State Property.
“After all document files complete it will begin immediately the process of transferring the assets to be facilitated by the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Housing Provision,” he said.
Meanwhile, Sub Facilitation Land Provision of housing Directorate of public House and Commercial Directorate General for the Provision of housing, Seren, explained in the field is a lot of the fruits of development, especially housing program that is occupied by the public.
“However, in some locations kepenghuniannya status remains unclear,” he said.
Ruswanto pointed out, based on existing data in the field of housing construction have results in 2011 that has been handed over. However, he added, there is also a development that has been carried out in 2012 and until now has not been handed over to the beneficiaries.
“We also want the process of handover of housing assets could be implemented so as not to burden state finances, “he said.
