JAKARTA – PT Sinar Mas Land (SML) posted sales of Rp 1.1 trillion in the program Price Amnesty first period, October 10 to November 15, 2016. That figure has met the company’s target to achieve sales of Rp of 1 – 1.5 trillion in the period.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Strategic Development and Services of Sinar Mas Land Group Ishak Chandra, said the price of amnesty launched to hook the repatriation of funds from the Program is the remission of tax (tax amnesty). In this program, SML markets more than 50 kinds of products occupancy. Until the end of the first period, amounting to 60% of the products are successfully sold a residence in Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) City.
“In Amnesty inj Price program we’ve managed to sell a product that is already old and new products. We are confident that by the end of December 2016 to achieve the sales target of Rp 2-3 trillion,” Isaac said at press conference on Unity Indonesia for A Better Future in Jakarta, Tuesday (22/11).
He revealed, Price Amnesty program will be divided into two periods. The first period since October 10, 2016 until 15 November 2016. The second period began on November 16, 2016 to December 31, 2016.
The products are offered in the property SML Price Amnesty program will be divided into three categories. For category one and two covers products that are already available (stock) and which has been launched by SML. As for the three categories include new products or products that will be launched.
All SML projects such as BSD City, The Elements, Kota Wisata Cibubur, Grand Wisata Bekasi, Nava Park, Grand City Balikpapan, and several other projects entered into the program. “As many as 60% of the total supply of a product in BSD City,” said Isaac.
