JAKARTA – Real Estate Indonesia (REI) hammering out a number of recommendations to the government to jointly provide decent and affordable housing. In designing the recommendation, the association seeks input from local and listening to feedback from stakeholders (stakeholders) housing.
“We will dissect the REI 15th National Conference on 28 to 30 November 2016. Listen to feedback from policy makers and voice developers from various regions. For then the results will be submitted to the government and stakeholders in the form of the Fundamentals of Thought REI as a recommendation to the government, “said Eddy Hussy, chairman of the DPP REI, in its publication, in Jakarta, Thursday (24/11).
According to him, a series of activities REI National Conference will be attended and opened by the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. Eddy said, the presence of policy makers and stakeholders in the housing REI XV National Conference in 2016, in order to evaluate, understand, interpret the process of development of the organization. In addition, the aspirations and find solutions in order to prepare and adjust work programs related to the situation that developed the current conditions. So that the General Assembly is expected to produce work programs and agreements as well as the basic thoughts in the form of recommendations to the stakeholders that benefit define measures aligned with the organization’s strategic development.
Therefore, Eddy, Munas REI this time the National Themes “REI Synergy Success Million Houses, Tax Amnesty and National Economic Policy Package”. The theme has a meaning, that is pro-actively work together to establish communication with all stakeholders housing. In addition, the property business sector develop powerful, new horizons broaden as well as to provide insight and opportunity for REI members in Indonesia in the global era.
REI also support appropriate policies to accelerate the realization of the balanced development of sustainable housing, the availability of basic infrastructure of housing, particularly electrical energy, and clean water. “At the same strategic measures to improve people’s purchasing power and financial support in the achievement of the housing and the tax amnesty,” said Eddy.
