JAKARTA – Binakarya Group through its unit PT Binakarya Jaya Perkasa cooperate with the International Swissbel launched Condotel Swiss-belhotel Arjuna Double Six in Legian, Bali. Kondotel which has 165 hotel rooms is planned to be operated in the fourth quarter-2017.

Budianto also said Swiss-belhotel Arjuna Double Six is a four-star hotel that was built in a very strategic location on Jalan Arjuna Double Six is located right on the border between Legian and Seminyak.
According Budianto, it will target national and foreign travelers as hotel guests. Legian and Seminyak, he said, among the most famous in Bali as a major area of tourism, entertainment and shopping centers.

Budianto said the optimism of the company due Binakarya Group has successfully developed two four-star Condotel in Bali, Swiss-belresort Watu Jimbar in South Denpasar and Swiss-belhotel Tuban in Kuta in Badung regency.

Meanwhile, according to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics the number of foreign tourists to Bali in July 2016 increased by 26.54 percent compared to July 2015. Swiss-belhotel Arjuna Double Six was built on an area of approximately 4000 m² with a total building area of approximately 13,000 m² which consists of five floors and one basement. The hotel has 165 rooms and will be equipped with various facilities such as Swimming Pool, Restaurant, Club Lounge, Fitness Centre and Spa. Swiss-belhotel Arjuna Double Six can be reached with a 15-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport in Bali. The hotel is also close to Double Six Beach.
