Property giant China Rp201,1 Spend the Trillion to Build Theme Region


SHAANXI – high profile property developer from China, Dalian Wanda Group plans to spend USD14,99 billion, equivalent to Rp201,1 trillion (exchange Rp13.422), for the development of tourism and 19 shopping centers in Shaanxi Province, China.

As reported atimes, Wednesday (11/23/2016), the development will cooperate with the local provincial government where the signing of the cooperation will be carried out this week, following the announcement of the Wanda Group projects worth Rp197 billion, equivalent USD14,7 , 3 trillion in Hunan Province.

Investment in Shaanxi are for Wanda City consisting of the amusement park or theme park, mall, hotel and residential projects, the provincial capital, Xian.
