JAKARTA-Chairman of the Council of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) Banten Soelaeman ‘Eman’ Soemawinata elected as Chairman of the DPP REI period 2016-2019.
Eman beat Secretary General (Secretary General) DPP REI, Day Raharta Sudrajat REI chairman election in the event the National Congress of Real Estate Indonesia (REI National Conference) to XV, at the Fairmont Hotel, Jakarta, Wednesday (30/11). In voting, Eman bagged 98 votes, while Day Raharta Sudrajat many as 91 votes.
Eman says, in the lead REI, he would not look at the difference developers both large and small developers. In fact, the result of socialization and around to the DPD REI in regions in Indonesia is still a lot of inequality and the gap between the needs of developers in the area and in Jakarta.
“Developers in every area just think simply how to grow their business and keep it running,” he said in Jakarta, Wednesday (30/11).
Eman promise, primarily targeting at REI is solve the problem of funding the developer in the area to meet the housing needs of society as well as government programs to encourage a million homes. “Our focus is how the developers in this area is not in contact with bad credit and the project keeps going on,” he explained.
Certainly, Eman added that the effort was to be dovetailed with the banks in the region and in the center. “As with the State Savings Bank which have had experience in lending in the property sector,” he said.
