JAKARTA – Apartment Mahakam made by PT Jababeka PP Properties sold 80% of the total capacity of 935 units. Apartments in the Jababeka industrial estate in Cikarang was part of the four towers to be built at Riverview Residence project.
“Tower first for occupancy subsidies are already sold out. Most buyers are communities around the Jababeka Industrial Estate,” said President Director of PT Jababeka Industrial Estate (Jababeka) Sutedja S Darmono, at the time of Construction Ceremony Riverview Residence in Cikarang, Wednesday ( 30/11).
Riverview Residence project is built on an area of 2.5 hectares and will consist of four Tower is Tower Mahakam, Bengawan Tower, Tower Kapuas and Barito Tower. Mahakam Tower consists of 19 floors with a total of 935 units including the type 21 and type 42.
Sutedja said the potential market occupancy in Jababeka Industrial Estate is huge. In this area, said Sutedja, the number of workers reached 700,000 people. Of those, as many as 20-30% do not yet have occupancy.
“So the market here most of those who do not own a home or first home buyers (first home buyer),” he said.
PT Jababeka PP property is a joint venture between PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (Jababeka) and PT PP Property Tbk. In a ceremony Wednesday, there was also Managing Director of PP Property Taufik Hidayat, Director General of the Ministry of Housing Supply Public Works and Public Housing (Kempupera) Syarif Burhanuuddin, and Director General of the Ministry of Industry Development Industrial zoning (Kemperin) Imam Haryono.
