Cikarang – A joint venture between PT PP Property Tbk (PPRO) with PT Kawasan Industri Jababeka Tbk (Jababeka), PT Jababeka PP property, inaugurated the construction of the tower (tower) First Riverview Residence, Wednesday (30 / 11).

Director of PT PP Property Tbk, Taufik Hidayat, said the project Riverview Residence is built on an area of 2.5 hectares, the plan will have four towers namely, Mahakam, Bengawan, Kapuas and Barito. For the first phase, he added, will be built tower Mahakam.

For Mahakam tower, he said, consists of 19 floors with a total of 935 units consisting of type 21 and type 42, which has now sold more than 60 percent.
“Mahakam Tower Construction began in mid 2016 and will start the handover in December 2018. Overall, the construction of Riverview Residence will be completed in 2021,” said Taufik.
