UTEC Campus is located in the Peruvian capital, Lima. UTEC has a number of engineering faculty from mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial, chemical, environmental, energy, until the computer and bioengineering.

Grafton Architects and Shell Arquitectos has created innovative solutions in the design of the campus of the concrete material. There is continuity between the open and closed spaces. The campus has a lot of open spaces such as the circulation space, hanging gardens, and the lobby.

campus UTEC does look unique because located on the edge of a busy highway and dense human settlements and overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

Sixth, Museo Jumex, Mexico. The museum is a museum of private collections world displaying contemporary art of Latin America.

The museum is located in the Mexican capital, Mexico City. Museo Jumex was designed by two architect, David Chipperfield Architects (UK) and Taller Abierto de Arquitectura y Urbanismo (TAAU) (Mexico).

Location Museo Jumex is rather unique because it is located in the district of Nuevo Polanco, Mexico City congested and chaotic. Yet it is precisely its presence could be an oasis for visitors for a short break to the work of art.

The six buildings will be assessed again by the jury RIBA International Prize in 2016, chaired by Richard Rogers, a British architect who is worldwide.

Rogers will be assisted by Kunle Adeyemi (Nigeria), Philip Gumuchdjian (England), Billie Tsien (United States), as well as Marilyn Jordan Taylor (professor of architecture at the University of Pennsylvania).
