JAKARTA – The concept of integrated property (mixed use development) is considered as a solution for metropolitan cities in Indonesia. The concept combines residential, commercial area, lifestyle amenities to health facilities.
“Mixed use is the best solution to the metropolis. In Jakarta and Surabaya, the outlook is still good for mixed use property of this type into the needs of the big cities are complex, “said Theresia Rustandi, director and company secretary Intiland Development, to Investor Daily, when contacted from Jakarta, Tuesday (22/11 ).
