TANGERANG, KOMPAS.com – PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) entered in the top 50 recipients of the award of Good Corporate Governance Award 2016 organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD). There are several parameters used in the award votes.
Some of these parameters include the Equitable Treatment of Shareholders, Role of Stakeholders, Disclosure & Transparency, Reponsibilities of the Board and of the Shareholders’ Rights. The award involves 100 issuers were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the largest market capitalization as of April 30, 2016.
“We are challenged to implement good corporate governance parameters it to a higher level. This in itself will improve the quality of the business model balanced and sustainable and is certainly a positive impact on investors, “said Ketut Budi Wijaya, President Director LPKR, Monday (11/21/2016).
