Indonesia and the Dutch Design Underwater Tunnel Kapuas


JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Indonesia and the Netherlands agreed to establish a special cooperation in the field of water management.

One program that was initiated through a memorandum of understanding (MOU) or Memorandum of Understanding between the two is the construction of tunnels under water.
