Jakarta – Business apartment located near the campus was still very prospective and always absorbed depleted by consumers. A number of projects undertaken by PT Adhi Persada Property (APP) shows that bookings already in progress at the project in preparation.
“You could say we’re a development specialist best apartments near campus. Since a few years back, we had caught this potential,” said Director of Marketing and Building Management APP, Pulung Prahasto, in Jakarta, Saturday (26/11).
APP, he said, was aiming for a niche market apartments around campus. After successfully developing 2 tower before, namely Taman Melati Margonda in 2010, then Grand Taman Melati Margonda first in 2013, APP re-targeting niche student market by presenting the tower 3, which Apartments Grand Taman Melati Margonda 2.
“The market for the students never quiet and tends to increase every year,” said Pulung.
Grand Taman Melati Margonda 2 developed on an area of 3,705 square meters. The building with the tower is an investment of approximately USD 372 billion. According to the plan, there will be 839 residential units were offered to consumers at a price range starting from Rp 496 per unit.
“This project has received a pretty good of society, with a view progress sales has reached about 50 percent,” added Pulung.
