JAKARTA – Property developers increasingly aggressive working middle segment apartments, the occupancy is priced under $ 1 billion per unit.

“We were targeting the market under $ 1 billion for a market segment that is still very large for this time,” said Director of Marketing and Building Management PT Adhi Persada Property (APP) Pulung Prahasto, when contacted by Investor Daily, on Friday (2/12).
According to him, the APP focus on working on the middle segment of the market, especially students or apartment near the campus. Laris sweetness of the middle segment can be seen from the sales achieved by APP.
Pulung pointed out, the apartment Taman Melati Sinduadi Jogjakarta only the remaining 55 units from 650 units sold. Then, Taman Melati Jatinangor remaining 100s units from 700 units. “In fact, our project near the campus of the University of Indonesia, Depok, namely Grand Park jasmine Margonda II’s newly launched 26 November 2016 already sold 50% of the 935 units offered,” he said.
Outside the apartment the students, he added, APP also developed a middle class apartment in the heart of Grand Dhika City East Bekasi. In this project built about 900 units of apartments and now the remaining 150 units. While in Taman Melati MERR Surabaya APP build 1,130 apartment units and has already sold 60%.
