WAKATOBI, KOMPAS.com – After Wakatobi established as one of the 10 National Strategic Tourism Region (KSPN) through the issuance of Presidential Decree (Decree) No. 3 of 2016 on the Acceleration of the National Strategic Project Implementation, Regency (Regency) Wakatobi has prepared various plans.
Wakatobi Regent Arhawi Ruda said the plan is the arrangement of four large islands namely Wangi-scented, Kaledupa, Tomea Island, and Island Binongko.
“For the four islands will be revitalized, including the development of infrastructure, transport, electricity, and clean water,” said Arhawi when implementing EcoTourism Synthesis Development with WWF Indonesia and Browse Blue, told Kompas.com on Monday (31 / 10/2016).
