Surabaya – PT PP Property Tbk get a construction loan facility from Bank BTN Rp 325 billion for development projects Sungkono Grand Lagoon (GSL) in the area of West Surabaya, East Java.
GSL is a superblock project consisting of apartments and malls, on land seluasa 3.2 hectares (ha), of which about 30 percent of them will be built green open space (RTH) and the lake.
Director of PT PP Property Tbk, Taufik Hidayat, said the credit tenor of 5 years with 9.50 percent interest per year on the BTN was earmarked to build a tower located at the Caspian GLS project. This residential tower, he said, will be connected to the mall which include commercial areas, shopping malls, sports facilities, playgrounds, and culinary facility.
“We are optimistic Tower Caspian will continue the success achieved Tower Venetian which is already sold out, especially with the support of the BTN with construction loans disbursed for the construction of Tower Caspian,” said Taufik on the sidelines of Agreement Signing Credit Facility Construction between BTN PP Property in Marketing Office Project Grand Sungkono Lagoon (GSL) Surabaya on Thursday (10/11).

“To date, 560 units of apartments available in this Caspian Tower booking unit has reached 60 persena,” said Taufik.
With the price offered for each unit around Rp 25 million per square meter, property PP targeted revenue from the sale of Tower Caspian is about USD 1 trliun. “Caspian Tower apartment development is targeted for completion in 2018,” said Taufik.
Taufik said, by cooperating with BTN in completion of projects of apartments in Tower Caspian Property PP wants to strengthen the commitment and seriousness to the consumer to complete the promised apartments.
“Credit construction of BTN it meets composition of 70 percent of the total funding the construction of the tower between Rp 500 billion to Rp 600 billion, while the rest was obtained from the booking unit,” he added.
Meanwhile, Director of the Consumer Savings Bank Negara, Handayani hopes cooperation with BTN as a partner in the development of Caspian Tower will continue in other projects.
“We want not only in terms of construction loans but also in the delivery of KPA later. Moreover, we have targeted growth large enough in the next year. If only the target growth of 30 percent here it feels could be closed from the project PP Property in Surabaya,” said Handayani.
