Surabaya – State Savings Bank Tbk (BTN) is eyeing construction loans for projects of apartments to be built by PT PP Property Tbk, which is located in Malang, Bandung and Surabaya.
Consumer Director of BTN, Handayani said, BTN wants cooperation with PP Property continues for all projects to be undertaken next year.
“We hope that the PP property is still working with us and not turn to others for the budget projects will come like in Malang and Bandung,” said Handayani, after the signing of the Agreement Credit Facility Construction between BTN with PP Property in Marketing Office Grand Sungkono Lagoon Project (GSL) Surabaya on Thursday (10/11).
He said, BTN will increase the synergy with the PP property is good for providing construction loans and mortgages apartments (KPA). Because it is in line with efforts BTN to focus on financing in the property sector.
“We will bertisipasi actively in providing financing for projects PP Property and simultaneously participate in marketing activities,” he said.
In addition to the project in Malang and Bandung, Handayani said it hoped the cooperation of financing for poroyek apartment in Surabaya as well as the Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon apartment project to be built in Embong Sawo next year.
“In essence, each project is done PP Property BTN will bertisipasi actively in terms of financing,” he said.
Handy added, next year the credit disbursement target of BTN enormous. Cooperation with PP Property for upcoming projects will certainly support these targets.
“If the target in Surabaya, for example 30 percent, it should already be closed from PP property projects in Surabaya,” said Handy.
