Take advantage of KAI Build Housing Land Occupancy Subsidized

                            

Jakarta – Perumnas cooperation with PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) will build residential houses susbsidi scheme FLPP (Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP) over the station and the railway to create efficiencies for the public low income (MBR)

“This cooperation, we hope to be able to provide alternative housing to people who are more efficient because the concept of TOD ( Transit Oriented Development ) facilitate the mobilization of the public,” said Director of Housing, Bambang Triwibowo, after signing the memorandum understanding with PT KAI in Juandan station Jakarta, Monday (19/12).

Flats (Flat) that will be developed will utilize unused land around the railway station, such as Bogor Station Station Station Pondok China and the Western Cape.

Bambang said, TOD concept occupancy will include a commercial area for socializing space area resident and public facilities all integrated into one region for ease of doing various everyday activities.

“Through this TOD concept will close the distance rail users, create efficiencies of cost, time and energy for them so as to improve the quality of life in urban areas,” he explained.
