JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Unlike records last October, during the November 2016 Indonesia shifted position India as a country with the largest hotel development in Asia Pacific.

with the development of the project 23 440 rooms in 120 hotels, STR Global puts Indonesia ranked third behind India.
India itself is currently building 154 hotels with 24 646 rooms. While in China the top spot unshakable.
Bamboo Curtain country has 510 hotel projects under construction with 136 451 rooms.
Generally, in a written statement received Kompas.com, Friday (12/16/2016), STR Global showed, for the Asia Pacific region there are currently 594 933 2,659 rooms of hotel projects under contract.
“this figure is 5.7 percent higher than the same period last year,” writes STR Global.
While a number of projects under construction 254 471 1,099 hotels with rooms. Slightly decreased or 0.8 percent lower than in November last year.
