Ease of mortgage process Push Home Sales figure

                            

Semarang – Real Estate Indonesia (REI) of Central Java will hold the banks in 2017 so that the sale of the house, the better.

“With the increasing number of credit support (mortgage) of the bank would be more and more consumers are interested in buying a house,” said Vice Chairman of REI Central Java Public Relations, Promotions and Publications, Dibya K Hidayat, in Semarang, on Tuesday ( 20/12).

Consumers, he added, would be more interested when more and more banks offer mortgages. “That way, they can compare and choose the mortgage program in accordance with their capabilities,” said Dibya.

Later, he added, banks are expected to be joined by the developers on the implementation of the REI Expo which was originally carried 10 times throughout 2017.

“That way we termed one stop shopping . At the expo REI prospective home buyers can choose who they want and compare mortgage rates from each of the banks involved,” he said.

In the system of one stop shopping said Dibya, the potential buyers are expected to be able to trade directly in the exhibition booth. By doing so, the sales can be more effective.

“Here, we will get closer to the market, do not have to go far, the transaction will be conducted at the exhibition,” he said.

Regarding the banks, until today it has not been willing to mention the bank is expected to be working with REI.

“Currently in the process, at least between 4-5 bank can support home sales are done by developers who are members of the REI,” he said.
