Semarang – Among the developers who are members of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) of Central Java has so far not felt the ease of construction permits on the property, especially for housing.

“Not yet fully public, in this case the developers, felt the change with the speed of obtaining a license through the electronics,” said Vice Chairman of the Central Java REI for Spatial Planning, Joko Santoso, in Semarang, on Tuesday (20/12).

He said, relatively many developers have already started to use an electronic system to manage licensing. However, the process can not be fully in line with expectations of the developers.

“Indeed, the positive impact we no longer need to deal directly with licensing officers, it greatly saves time. However, on the other hand there are some things that we need an explanation from the officials directly,” he said.

It is meant is associated with the image clarity of spatial become one of the types of licenses that must be taken care of by the developers prior to building occupancy.

Meanwhile, regarding the reduction of permits from 44 types to 14 types, recognition so far has not been effective. In fact, some developers assess the reality on the ground remains the same. They must meet 44 permits.

“From 44 to 14 of this type there are several combined. Even so, we still have to meet the combined permit it,” he said.

In this regard, it hopes in the future there is improvement of the system of government. With these measures, is expected to facilitate the developers.

“If it really facilitated, of course we will be getting the spirit to build a house. It is also expected that the ‘backlog’ can continue to be minimized,” he said.
