Facing the facts on the high interest and the needs of the community residential close to the station, Perumnas with PT KAI signed a memorandum of understanding ( MoU ) development of the area of ​​integrated and inclusive based Transit Oriented Development (TOD ).

Director of Perum Housing, Bambang Triwibowo, said the memorandum of understanding is a form of strategic optimization of land use around the station in order to develop an integrated residential area TOD-based and inclusive, especially for vertical spaces.

“Through this MOU we hope to be able to provide alternative housing to people who are more efficient because the concept of TOD facilitate mobilization for the community. This settlement will utilize the land unused around the train station,” said Bambang, interrupted the event MoU with PT KAI, station Juanda, Jakarta, Monday (19/12).

Occupancy TOD concept, will be equipped with a commercial area for socializing space area resident and public facilities all integrated into one area so that residents can perform a variety of daily activities with greater ease and comfortable.
