Certified land in New Nunukan 20 Percent


NUNUKAN, KOMPAScom – National Land Agency (BPN) recognizes, community-owned land in Nunukan, North Borneo, there are still many who have not been certified.

As quoted by Antara, the Head of BPN Nunukan, Latief Riyadi explained, based on data possessed of many lands that have been occupied about 20 percent of new communities that have been certified.

“community land that is registered or certified in Nunukan is still very new low of about 20 percent,” said Latief, Sunday (11/12 /2016).

Minimnya local certified public lands caused by the constraints of geographical location.

Conditions were difficult to reach area consists of islands and do not have a landline adequate.

“the problem of the long distances and difficult to cause the land owners did not think important issues of certification,” said Latif.

Later, he added, other obstacles that hamper is still a lack of personnel or employees of BPN Nunukan who understand the problem land surveying.

Therefore, Latif expect the government to recruit employees that lack experienced can be resolved.
