JAKARTA – The market capitalization of middle-class apartment is estimated to touch USD 192 billion in the span of five years, from 2013 to 2017. These segments are the apartments are priced under $ 1 billion per unit.

He added that the middle segment is quite demand because the price offered is relatively affordable middle class. On the other hand, an increasing number of middle class is also growing significantly since 2010. The middle class is predicted to rise to 135 million in 2030 compared to 55 people at this time.
Meanwhile, Managing Director of PT Megapolitan Developments Tbk Ronald Wihardja, said high-potential middle segment as demand much.
