JAKARTA – National Housing Housing (Housing) states have built 15,000 housing units until the end of October 2016.

Marketing Director Perumnas Muhammad Nawir, said it has built 80 housing projects spread across 50 cities. Some of the projects completed in Cengkareng, Jakarta, Karachi, Bandung, Surabaya, and Semarang.
He explained that home sales in the first half of 2016 under pressure, especially for the middle class. However, entering the second half, the housing market is improving as the economy and the improvement of people’s purchasing power.

On the other hand, Nawir said it would develop a residential project Bumi Parung Panjang starting next year. Housing is constructed residential areas since 1995 and has had four residential clusters. Housing, said Nawir, will launch the project cluster fifth with an area of 200 hectares (ha) in Bumi Parung Panjang with an investment of not more than Rp 300 billion.
“Cluster fifth will be launched next year as many as 3,000 housing units,” Nawir said.
Meanwhile, Nawir said, as in the previous cluster, this housing project planned to cater for low income people (MBR) or use the scheme housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP). Nawir admitted his side are still the housing market in the fourth cluster Bumi Parung Panjang. As for the development and marketing throughout this cluster was done in parallel.
