JAKARTA – M-Town Apartment Serpong, Serpong, Banten entered the closing stages of the roof (topping off), last weekend. The apartments are part of the project M-Town which stands on an area of 70 292 square meters (m2).

Then, the M-Town Residence consists of enama apartment towers (Avery, Bryant, Camel, Dakota, Ellis, and Franklin) altitude of 25 floors with a total of 3,356 units. There are four types of residential namely type studio, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom and 3 Bedroom.
According to Executive Director Summarecon Serpong, Magdalena Juliati, Apartment Serpong M-Town was built on the concept of the office and residential as well as commercial areas. In addition, it is equipped with modern amenities, but still wrapped with resort concept that blends with nature. The apartment is also integrated with one of the largest malls in the region, Summarecon Mal Serpong via Sky Bridge.
