Study Bappenas Out, Salford Giant 4.5 Kilometer Fixed Built


JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) has issued its recommendations related to giant sea dike construction plans or the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD).

In these studies, Bappenas has identified at least nine critical points must be addressed first in the construction of the giant dike.

the total length of which must be built on nine points is 28.6 kilometers.

Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) involved in dike construction claims will adjust to the study Bappenas.

“we’ll adjust. Now we have done and are doing the construction of levees 4.5 kilometers in Muara Baru and Kali Baru,” said Head of the Central River Region (BBWS) Ciliwung Cisadane Teuku Iskandar, in Jakarta, Monday (14/11/2016).

From the initial concept along the 62 kilometers, Iskandar explained that the portion built central government and DKI Jakarta Provincial government is 18 kilometers , The central government itself gets to build 8.5 kilometers.

Encountered in the same occasion, the Director General of Water Resources (SDA) Ministry PUPR Imam Santoso said the current 4.5 kilometers has been contracted and will be completed in 2018 .

the remaining scheduled for completion in 2019.

“A dike we woke up still according to plan, this year has started is 4.5 kilometers and finished in 2018. the embankment B are still in talks,” he added.
