JAKARTA-The business group Sinar Mas Land (SML) pocketed Rp 1 trillion of transactions Price Amnesty program, which was held October 10, 2016 until December 31, 2016. He is optimistic that the repatriation of funds from the tax amnesty went into the property sector is quite large. The government rolled out the program until the end of March 2017.

The program covers all projects SML like BSD City, The Elements, Kota Wisata Cibubur, Grand Wisata Bekasi, Nava Park, and Grand City Balikpapan.
In the first period, consumers get a direct discount of 20% on the purchase of land and by 15% for apartments and landed house. While in the second period, direct the discount obtained was 15% for the purchase of land and 10% for apartments and landed house.
