JAKARTA-The business group Sinar Mas Land (SML) pocketed Rp 1 trillion of transactions Price Amnesty program, which was held October 10, 2016 until December 31, 2016. “Price Amnesty Program that we launched less than a month have got tremendous response and transaction almost Rp 1 trillion from Rp 2-3 trillion our target,” said Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Strategic Development and Services of Sinar Mas Land Group Ishak Chandra, in Serpong, last weekend.
He is optimistic that the repatriation of funds from the tax amnesty went into the property sector is quite large. The government rolled out the program until the end of March 2017.

Price Amnesty Program SML offers a 4,900 unit property products scattered throughout Indonesia. The program is divided into three categories. For category one and two covers stock and products that have been launched by SML. As for the three categories include new products or products that will be launched and the product JV CO.
The program covers all SML projects such as BSD City, The Elements, Kota Wisata Cibubur, Grand Wisata Bekasi, Nava Park, and Grand City Balikpapan.
In the first period, consumers get a direct discount of 20% on the purchase of land and by 15% for apartments and landed house. While in the second period, direct discount of 15% is obtained for the purchase of land and 10% for apartments and landed house.
