Previously, BKSL still recorded a net loss of Rp 117 billion in the same period last year. That is, there was an increase to 200 percent on the net profit of the company.
In the third quarter 2016 Sentul City has recorded a significant increase, namely financial performance improvement that comes from revenue growth of 20 percent. The growth was derived from the sale of block sales of Rp 132 billion, inter alia in respect of cooperation with PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk.
“The cooperation is related to the development of the project Apartment Verdura which we expect will be launched in early December,” said Ali Akbar, Finance Director PT Sentul City Tbk, in a press conference in Jakarta, Monday (11/14/2016).
