Kupang – Real Estate Indonesia (REI) has launched 1,500 homes for low-income communities (MBR) in East Nusa Tenggara as part of the housing program that rolled under President Joko Widodo.
“The launch of 1,500 houses was done on Friday (4/11) in Kupang, thanks to the struggles and urge all parties to support the efforts of one million housing program in the province,” said Chairman of Commission V of the House of Representatives Fary Djemy Francis told Antara in Kupang on Saturday .
He said the launch showed that 1,500 houses REI as one partner of Commission V of the House of Representatives has been carrying out its duties and responsibilities in the success of one million housing program launched by President Jokowi.
Fary added some time ago when a review of financing with the Director General of Public Works and Housing Ministry of Housing Maurits, the access road leading to the location of housing in the region Oetalu, Kupang regency still rocky and dusty.
“In addition, electrical problems as well not exist, so we are trying to coordinate with the District Government Kupang to improve roads and to encourage the parties to immediately install PLN electricity network into the area,” he said.
