Pollux Habibie Launches Two Meisterstadt Batam

                            

JAKARTA – Pollux Habibie International Meisterstadt Batam begin construction project and launch the second phase of apartments Tower 3 in Meistartadt. These apartments will be marketed as much as 735 units with prices ranging from Rp 350 million.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Pollux Properties, Nico Po, said the launch of the third tower in Batam Meistartadt superblock area is a response to market demand in Batam is quite high. Previously, Pollux Habibie has launched apartments Tower 1 and Tower 2 in February 2016. Currently, all units in the second tower of the apartments are already sold out.

Based in Batam Center, Batam Meisterstadt is Pollux Habibie International project, which will be the first superblock built in Batam.

Emphasizing the concept of quality of living, Meisterstadt Batam occupy land with a total area of ​​9 hectares (ha). The project includes the construction of 11 towers; consists of 8 apartment towers, one office tower, hotel tower 1 and 1 hospital tower, offering complete facilities and infrastructure quality for local residents.
