Net Income Sentul City Quartal 3/2016 Rise Up to 200%

PT Sentul City Tbk. (BKSL) in the third quarter 2016 managed to record a significant increase in the company’s performance reflected in net profit amounting to Rp117 billion during the nine months of 2016. When compared to the performance of the same period last year, the company’s performance this time raced very significant. Because before the company still posted a net loss of Rp117 billion in the same period in 2015. This means that there is increased up to 200% on the net profit of the company.

Improved financial performance of companies is sourced from a revenue growth of 20% coming from block sales of sales of Rp. 132 billion, inter alia in respect of cooperation with PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. for the development of Verdura Apartments project, which is expected to be launched in early December 2016.

In addition to the sale of block sales, the company also aggressively in increasing sales of residential units where throughout the nine months of 2016, the company had record sales of Rp241 billion sales Centronia cluster, cluster Green Valley, Natura cluster Cattleya, Baseâ Natura cluster, cluster Top Natura, Natura cluster Acacia, and others.

While EBITDA increased significantly by 472% as a result of a decrease in other operating expenses of 89% and other operating revenue increase of 52%. So that in the third quarter of 2016, the company can profit of Rp 117 billion.
