Kempupera Housing Asset Inventory MBR

                            

Jakarta – Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (Kempupera) will conduct an inventory of assets of housing for low-income communities (MBR).

“Kempupera immediately conduct an inventory of existing housing-related assets, as well as calculating the value of its assets,” said Head of Public Communication Kempupera, Endra S Atmawidjaja, in a press release received Beritasatu.com in Jakarta, Wednesday (2/11).

Endra added, asset data collection will be implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 96 / PMK.06 / 2007 on Procedures for the Use, Utilization, Removal, and Transfer of State Property.

“After all document files complete it will begin immediately the process of transferring the assets to be facilitated by the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Housing Provision,” he said.

Meanwhile, Head of Housing Land Provision Facilitation Directorate General Home and Commercial Directorate General for Housing Provision, Seren, explained in the field is a lot of the fruits of development, especially housing program that is occupied by the public.

“However, in some locations kepenghuniannya status remains unclear,” he said.

Ruswanto pointed out, based on existing data in the field of housing construction have results in 2011 that has been handed over. However, he added, there is also a development that has been carried out in 2012 and until now has not been handed over to the beneficiaries.

“We also want the housing asset handover process can be carried out so as not to burden state finances,” he said.
