Sukabumi – Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (Kempupera) will build two towers modest apartment rental (Rusunawa) in the city of Sukabumi in 2017.

According to him, for the physical development will begin in February 2017 with a target completion in 2018 and could soon be used by the public.
Kempupera, he added, had twice to build subsidized apartments in the city of Sukabumi. Namely, in 2014 in the Village Cikundul, District Lembursitu and in March 2016 was built in the Village Sukakarya, District Warudoyong, each of which has 99 units of flats, to the occupancy rate had already reached 90 percent.
“The existence of subsidized apartments for low-income families such as janitorial workers and families who do not have their own home. For the construction of subsidized apartments next year, located adjacent to the subsidized apartments in the Village Sukakarya on an area of 8,500 square meters, but according to the provisions, one unit rusunawa it stands on an area of 4,000 square meters, “he added.
Asep said, for the shape of the building will be the same as the existing rusunawa Cikundul and Sukarya, which differ only area of the room alone. The two towers rusunawa every area of only 4×6 meter room while that will be built one room breadth of 6×6 meters and to kapasitanya still the same ie 99 units.
“For rusunawa facilities that will be built is also more complete the inside is furnished like beds, chairs, and cabinets so that the tenant only carry goods sober,” he said.
