Bailout LAT New Toll Paid Rp 5.9 Trillion

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – One of the obstacles to development of toll road projects in Indonesia is the land acquisition process.

Often, this process occurs because of limited funds for land acquisition or community has not agreed to sell their land to the government.

With the bailouts in the State Assets Management Institute (Faith), the cost of land acquisition is expected to be fulfilled.

“We targeted to December amounting to Rp 16 trillion. that would have been charged in the Rp 7.4 trillion . Means the rest had already been under Rp 10 trillion, “said Head of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Herry Trisaputra Zuna in PUPR Ministry, Jakarta, Friday (18/11/2016).

Until 17 November 2016, the bailout billed is Rp 7.4 trillion. However, once paid only Rp 5.9 trillion.

This deficiency, said Herry, an ongoing process include billing to business entities for transferring bailout.

Herrera admitted that there some enterprises were late to send the bailout.

He added that this process includes convincing the National Land Agency (BPN). Because, before there is a bailout, BPN was hesitant to process land acquisition.
